How to cook rice and steamed fish in 30 minutes using Russel Hobbs Steamer. Rice recipe: -1.5 cup of rice into the inner container - rinse 3 times with water until the water clear, remove the water -add water about 0.5cm above the rice surface - Add water into the Russel Hobbs steamer, place the cover. Place the first cooking container (the smallest), then put the inner container with rice in, cover with the lid, set the timer for 30 minutes. 

 

 Now...prepare the fish Steamed fish recipe: - fresh fish, I used 420g trout (remove the guts and scales, rinse the cavity with clean water - or have it cleaned by the fish seller when you buy it). - salt 1 tsp - pepper to taste - sugar 1 tsp - spicy sauce 1 tablespoon (taste it first, if it salty, reduce your amount of added salt) - sesame oil or olive oil - onion 1 - sliced / chopped - garlic 2 - chopped - lemongrass 1 Cooking steps: Sliced some cuts on the fish meat, place it on the aluminum foil (use double to avoid breaking) 

Add salt, pepper, sugar, and spicy sauce, rub the fish (also inside the cavity and stomach) to mixed these ingredients evenly. Add lemongrass, onions, and garlic, put some inside its cavity and stomach, and into the cuts. Wrap it the aluminum foil.
